PARISH DEVELOPMENT

St. Margaret and St. Mary Magdalen fulfill a vision in the 
areas of Outreach, Liturgy, Education, Maintenance and 
Stewardship by identifying and linking the needs of all 
parishioners and raising the necessary resources to fulfill them.
The Parish Development Committee works in close coordination
with the Pastor, Parish Council, Parish Staff, Ministries, and
Committees. 


THE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE:

• Conducts the annual stewardship campaign;
   

• Meets monthly to monitor Parish needs and resources;
   

• Produces the annual report;
   

• Examines ways to identify Parish needs and find the resources
  to fulfill them;
   

• Monitors annual programs to determine the impact on 
  long-term strategies.
